Prawns (Nephrops Norvegicus)

Fresh – two grades, large and medium in 22kg plastic fish boxes (may be blast frozen on request).

Frozen at sea – graded 0/5, 6/10, 11/15, 16/20, 21/30, 31/40, 41/50, 50+ in 3kg (net weight) cartons in a 9kg master. Product glazed for binding and moisture only.
